Payment Policy

At TazakiHing, we strive to make your shopping experience smooth, secure, and convenient. This Payment Policy outlines the terms and conditions related to payments made on our website, mobile app, or other digital platforms (collectively referred to as the “Platform”).

1. Accepted Payment Methods

We accept a variety of secure payment options for your convenience, including:

  • Credit Cards: VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Rupay

  • Debit Cards: All major banks

  • UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, BHIM, Paytm, etc.)

  • Net Banking

  • Wallets (subject to availability)

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) – Available in select locations only

2. Payment Confirmation

  • Once a payment is successfully completed, you will receive an order confirmation via email and/or SMS.

  • In case you do not receive a confirmation, please contact our support team immediately to avoid delays.

3. Security of Transactions

  • All payment transactions are processed through secure and trusted payment gateways.

  • We use industry-standard encryption protocols (SSL) to safeguard your personal and payment information.

  • TazakiHing does not store your complete card or UPI credentials. Only masked information (like the last 4 digits) is stored for order identification purposes.

4. Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • COD is available for selected pin codes and product categories.

  • An additional handling fee may be charged for COD orders.

  • TazakiHing reserves the right to cancel COD services for users with repeated order rejections.

5. Payment Failures & Refunds

  • In case your payment fails but the amount is deducted, it is usually refunded automatically to your original payment method within 5–7 working days.

  • For any issues or delays in refunds, contact our support team with payment details.

6. Order Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • If you cancel a prepaid order before dispatch, the full amount will be refunded to your original payment method.

  • If the order has already been shipped, refunds will be initiated after the product is returned and inspected.

  • Refunds for COD orders (if returned) will be issued via UPI or bank transfer after successful pickup and quality check.

7. Pricing & Taxes

  • All product prices displayed on the Platform are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

  • In case of pricing errors or system issues, TazakiHing reserves the right to cancel the order and initiate a refund.
