At TazakiHing, we are committed to delivering your orders quickly, safely, and efficiently. This Shipping Policy outlines how we handle order processing, delivery, and logistics across India.

1. Delivery Coverage

  • We deliver across most cities and towns in India via trusted courier and logistics partners.

  • If your area is not serviceable, our team will notify you and initiate a full refund for any prepaid orders.

2. Shipping Timeframe

  • Order Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days.

  • Delivery Time:

    • Metro Cities: 2–5 business days

    • Other Cities & Towns: 4–7 business days

    • Remote or Rural Areas: 6–10 business days

Please note that delivery timelines may vary due to unforeseen events, such as strikes, natural disasters, or holidays.

3. Shipping Charges

  • Free Shipping is available on all prepaid orders above ₹499.

  • A standard shipping fee of ₹49–₹79 may apply on orders below the minimum value or for Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, depending on location and order size.

  • Shipping charges (if any) will be displayed at checkout before final payment.

4. Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email and/or SMS with the tracking ID and courier details.

  • You can track the status of your order on our website under the “Track My Order” section or via the courier’s tracking portal.

5. Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • COD is available for select pin codes and product categories.

  • We may contact you to confirm COD orders before dispatch to avoid misuse or cancellation.

  • Repeated rejection of COD orders may result in the temporary suspension of the COD option for your account.

6. Delays in Delivery

  • While we strive to ensure timely delivery, there may be delays due to high demand, festivals, adverse weather, or operational issues with our logistics partners.

  • We will keep you informed in case of any significant delay and appreciate your patience.

7. Packaging

  • All products are securely packed using tamper-proof, eco-friendly, or cushioned packaging to prevent damage during transit.

  • Please do not accept the delivery if the package appears tampered with or damaged. Report the issue immediately with photos for quick resolution.

8. Change of Address

  • Address changes are allowed only before the order is shipped. Once dispatched, no modifications can be made to the delivery address.

  • For any urgent requests, please contact our support team as soon as possible.

9. International Shipping

  • Currently, we do not offer international shipping. We are working on expanding our reach in the future.
