Refund Policy

At TazakiHing, your satisfaction is our priority. If you’re not fully happy with your purchase, we offer a hassle-free return and refund process, subject to the terms outlined below.

1. Eligibility for Refunds

We accept refund requests under the following conditions:

  • You received a damaged, defective, or wrong product.

  • The product you ordered is out of stock and cannot be delivered.

  • You canceled a prepaid order before dispatch.

  • You returned an eligible product as per our return policy guidelines.

2. Non-Refundable Items

We do not offer refunds in the following cases:

  • The product is used, tampered with, or returned without original packaging.

  • The request is made beyond the return window (usually 5–7 days after delivery).

  • Perishable items (such as food products like hing) once opened, unless damaged on arrival.

  • Products purchased during clearance sales or marked “non-returnable.”

3. Refund Process

  • Once your refund request is received and approved, we initiate the refund after the product is picked up (if applicable) and passes quality checks.

  • Refunds are processed using the original payment method. For COD orders, you will be asked to provide bank or UPI details for the refund.

4. Refund Timeline

  • Prepaid Order Cancellations (Before Dispatch): Refunds processed within 2–3 business days.

  • Returned Orders (After Pickup & QC): Refunds processed within 5–7 business days after the item is received at our facility.

  • Failed Transactions or Double Payments: Automatically refunded within 5–7 working days.

If the refund is delayed beyond 7 business days, please contact us with your order and transaction details.

5. How to Request a Refund

To initiate a refund request, contact our customer support within the return period:

  • Share your order ID and reason for the refund.

  • Attach photos in case of damaged or incorrect items.

  • Our team will confirm the eligibility and guide you through the process.

6. Cancellation Policy

  • You can cancel your order anytime before it is shipped.

  • Once shipped, cancellations are not possible. However, you may still request a return and refund after delivery, if eligible.
